Customer satisfaction is my top priority! 

I will only send out products that I personally would be happy to receive. Pictures are taken of every product at the time of packaging to ensure the quality and accuracy of every single order.

Any issues with the condition of an order received must be communicated within 24 hours of receipt of your package with accompanying pictures clearly indicating any problems.

Order Cancellation and Refusal of Service Policy
At Blooms by Rosewood, I am dedicated to fostering trust and transparency within the Dahlia community. As a small grower, I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at my discretion, including but not limited to situations where the transaction risks undermining the values of fairness and accountability I uphold in my business.

If an order is canceled under this policy, a full refund will be issued promptly. I appreciate your understanding as I work to maintain the highest standards for my Dahlias and our community.

LIMITS:
To ensure rare dahlia varieties are accessible to more people, we place limits on certain tubers and cuttings. These limits apply per household, not per person. For tubers, the limit covers the entire season. For cuttings, it's per sale—meaning if you purchase a limited variety one week, you can return the following week (but not during the same weekend) to order another. The website will prevent checkout if you exceed any limit. Please honor these guidelines throughout the season; if limits are violated, your entire order will be canceled and refunded.



Tubers:

All tubers are guaranteed to arrive firm, viable and in good condition. All single tubers are guaranteed to have at least one visibly marked "eye".

* An exception to this rule of having one visible eye are pot tubers/tuber clumps. Pot tubers should only be purchased by experienced growers or propagators who are knowledgeable about the proper care, handling and use of Dahlia tuber clumps.

Not all tuber clumps will have visible sprouts or eyes at the time of shipping, but many do. Depending on the size, denseness and time from harvest of the tuber clump, sometimes eyes are not in visible locations on the clumps. Pot tubers/tuber clumps are guaranteed to arrive firm and in good condition.
